Although we have over average legal, administrative, construction banking and fiscal knowledge as well as experience with the local community, to advise you at best, we will offer you our selection of competent practitioners in these always evolving and sensitive areas.

Relationships with collaborators, partners and business contacts are always based on successful past collaborations and, when necessary, proper confidentiality agreements.

– Interiors and exterior inspections of your property,
– Day to day management activities (security, maintenance, cleaning, arrival preparations, ironing, provisions, etc.,)
– Supervision and follow up with maintenance companies: gardener, pool, air- conditioning, television, etc., as well as assistance with your in house or outsourced household personnel.
– Solving of eventual problems (with immediate conservatory measures in case of emergency),
– Assistance with administrative paperwork, accounting,
– Payment of invoices (Electricity, Water, Telephone, Internet,
Insurance companies, gas, maintenance contracts, taxes, etc.)
– Interaction with local and national organisms as well as with the French fiscal administration,
– Research to obtain best quotes for repairs, maintenance contracts, new
works, linking you with recognized architects and reliable contractors,
– Supervision of important works (project management contract).
